Choose a color which fits in with your site...
2. I have always been a great believer in making sure I select a color scheme that will automatically attract 'the eye'.
For me, I find the combination of blue, orange, white and black seem to work best.
The idea here as far as Adsense is concerned, is to make sure the ad 'blends in' to your site.
Take some time (not too long) to think about how your ad will look on the background you have.
3. Place your AdSense at the top of your site and delete from the bottom of your site.
You don't want to hide them....you want them in a position where people are going to see them straight away.
It's a bit like real estate...always remember...location location location!
4. Maintain links to relevant websites.
You will have access to sophisticated tracking tools with AdSense and you will be able to quickly monitor what is working and what is not.
There will be some of your sites which are going to do better than others regarding the amount of traffic you get. You will need to manage and maintain your sites on a fairly regular basis.
As soon as you know which sites are working the best, and if there happens to be a few AdSense ads on that site, make sure you put YOUR affiliate products ads on top of them!
