There was a study done in 2001 where they divided 248 people in three groups to build better exercise habits:
- Group: "Control Group" - They were simply asked to track how often they exercised.
- Group: "Motivation Group" - They were not only asked to track their exercise but also to read texts on the benefits of the exercise. Researchers also gave them a presentation on the benefits.
- Group: They were given the same presentation as the group #2. In addition, they were asked to write WHEN and WHERE would they exercise next week.
They simply needed to fill out the following sentence:
"During the next week, I will partake at least 20 minutes of vigorous exercise on [DAY} at [TIME] in [PLACE]
Guess what?
The third group performed more than 2 TIMES BETTER than the first and second group!
Simply writing down when and where you are going to do something more than doubles your chances of success!
=> Set a time and place when you'll focus on your online business (or Wealthy Affiliate training).
Fill out this sentence:
I am going to go through Wealthy Affiliate training and builld my online business on [DAY] at [TIME].
This will more than double your chances of success.

It's good to see you here at Wealthy Affiliate, it looks like you have quite a bit of experience with writing and more etc. You have certainly come to a great platform to advance your skills; it is for beginners, intermediates and skilled online marketers, I believe. I have been a member here for nine years in November, I have no intentions of leaving. It's a great platform!
Now back to your question; I have an off-line business which keeps me fairly busy. However, I am hoping to sell the offline business. Although the offline business gives me a reasonable income, I would like to go full-time online.
With an online business, it's important to post regularly and be consistent. Due to my offline business, I'm not always as consistent as I would like to be. However, I am confident that I can earn enough money to work online full-time as I know I can multiply my income.
My wife comes from Greece, so we would like to spend a lot more time than we do in the UK. Having an online business would enable me to do this in a much easier way.
