Not Writing in an Intelligible Style
Have you ever landed on a blog post and clicked away after reading the first 1-2 sentences?
I'm sure I have done that many times. Why? Because nothing hooked me down.
Any piece of content that is not strong or informative enough to hook you down isn't worth your time.
So, once you can't find a hook in any piece of content to make you continue reading, you should click away without hesitating at all.
Unless a drastic step is taken against this, your potential visitors will continue to click away on landing on your blog pages and posts and you'll continue to lose the valuable traffic that would have made your blog go viral in search engine result pages (SERPs).
Writing in an unambiguous style will make your content go viral in the search before you know it. Follow the pros and simply become a pro.

During the training session it was told we need to write blogs around 1500 words and we should post three blogs per week and that should be enough. Now here it says should write blogs daily of 1000+ words. I am really confused.

If you had carefully gone through the tutorial, you would have seen that you were not instructed to be writing an article of length 1000+ words every day but were only given a list of suggestions by the experts out of which writing an article of length1000+ words every day was one.
So, if you can be writing three posts of lengths 1500 words a week, it's good, Just make sure you do that consistently and you'll rank your blog successfully.
