1 – HIV/AIDS Awareness Month
This December marks the HIV/AIDS awareness month for 2020, and another opportunity to join in creating the awareness. Although it's been reported that HIV and AIDS infection rates are stabilizing according to UNAIDS, there's still a need to raise awareness.
However, you should know that such topics as HIV and AIDS aren't ideal for all business kinds.
Content marketing strives on offering value in the form of content to new and existing web visitors. And if you must be effective at it, then your content must be relevant to your business, industry, or target audience.
Those businesses that are in related industries can create HIV/AIDS content to raise awareness in a positive way.
One of the best ways of supporting those living with HIV/AIDS is to publish posts that inspire them – letting them know that such a condition isn't the end of the world as those living with HIV or AIDS still have the freedom to pursue their dreams.
If possible, include a couple of success stories of those who have been able to overcome all odds, despite living with HIV or AIDS.
2 - Nobel Prize Day (Coming up on December 10)
Alfred Noble is popularly known for his work as a chemist and engineer, even though he was the one who invented dynamite. He's also well known for establishing the 5 prizes which are awarded to outstanding individuals and organizations for their contribution to humanity.
The awardees comprise those who have excelled in the fields of physics, chemistry, medicine, literature, and peace.
This year (2020) the Noble Prizes that will be given out is estimated at $1.1 million, which is billed to hold on December 10.
Again, do not just create content about Nobel Prize because you want to take advantage of the upcoming event. But rather, create posts that are relevant to your niche, your brand, or your audience.
If your organization falls within the academic, arts, inspiration, or personal development niches, you can find lots of topics to write about.
