Finally Im not feeling lost anymore

So it's taken me just a few short weeks and I'm finally not feeling so lost, yeh sure I still spend a lot of time clicking around trying to figure out which part of the site I suppose to be working on... but every time I figure it out the more I know for next time and then the next and then the penny drops.

I've learnt a lot, but most importantly I'm discovering I enjoy writing. I'm so happy I chose an area that I'm passionate about, Interior design or the niche inside that of Wall hangings. As a starting website it has made it easier for me to learn new tasks while not having to do the research on a new topic as well. So that's my first suggestion for anyone starting out, chose a topic you are passionate about and know a little something about to start with.

The second thing that I have uncovered in this process is the importance of time management and staying focused on one task at a time so I'm now using a diary to slot in my time and sticking to it the best I can.... you see Im a chronic multi tasker so now I put my phone in the kitchen when I write in my study. The temptation is still there to go drifting away... it's a sneaky devil Mr Temptation.

I've set my goal to scale back my job in six months time and I need a back up and this will be it, I'm over starting things and getting diverted away so this time I'm staying here, so you'll be seeing me a lot more.

What Started all this? A very quick conversation with a stranger and the words

''If what you've been doing isn't working, don't keep trying the same thing, chose something new ''.

I may not have cash rewards as yet, but I sure have been rewarded in other ways.
