How to cope when having a difficult week with your learningWA

Some days you have a brilliant day, with your training and learning other time, you have a bad day, it very important to note a bad day and accept it for what it is (Bad day)Since Starting WA training over a month ago, have never had a bad week, well this week has been a difficult week for me, i have been having trouble concentrating on my training, for some reason i lack the motivation to get going. the following tips has helped pull through my bad week,

5 tips to help you, when having a difficult week.

1. Take a Day off your Learning: it important to chose a day or two off to rewire your thinking, when having a bad week

2. Drink a lot of water: your body need water more than food, water cleanse the body, help with digestion, it also help if you having headache.

3. Exercise your Body: exercise does not have to be going to the gym, going for a walk, cycling, going to the park with the kids, small running and jumping around in the park is an exercise that could help you when having a difficult week

4.Exercise your Mind: many people concentrate on exercising their body but forget about the mind, it very important to listen to positive people at a time of difficulty, their are tons of motivational videos on YouTube to help, listen 2 times a day and see yourself breaking out of your bad week slowly

5. Eat Healthy Food: cut down on fast food, cook some healthy food for yourself, eat more vegetables and salads and eat on time, see how you gain back your energy and you start feeling good about yourself again. the time spent cooking would be a perfect distraction from your difficult week, have never seen anyone cooking and miserable, food put a smile on most people face.

Bonus tip: Keep going after having a day or two off, even if you don't feel like doing anything, remember why you are self Educating yourself, who you are doing it for (your kids, your parent), the goals you set for yourself at the beginning of your training, i believe my reason has keep me going this week, if i can do it and pull myself through my bad week you can do it too. please don't give up.

i love your altitude Kisha, be prepared to put in 3 months of work understanding Internet Marketing, personally i need to go through each course and training at least 3 times so as to brain wash myself and comprehend my training because am new to IM, i believe you can do the same, if you have any tips that help you with your training, feel free to share with me or WA community.

Breaks are definitely important. Kyle even includes these in the training. Some of us want to just keep going and going, but every once in a while you need to recharge your batteries. Great points.

great point even from expert like Kyle. many new beginners might have to go through difficult week, it important to know you are not Alone, and it OK to have a difficult week, long term goal should drive individual through this hard time.
