Another Day of Progress
I've been hard at work each day, working on writing content for my website. I'm still keeping up with the lessons, currently on course 4 so I have to set up some social accounts tomorrow, not a big fan of Facebook and Twitter, but if it will help my website...
I've also been exploring a bit myself on WordPress like checking out some plugins to install. I found one that adds a sidebar for people to instantly share my stuff on their Facebook or Twitter etc.
I also created an account for Google Analytics as well as submitted my website for Google Adsense. While checking my analytics today I was surprised to see that my website actually got a little of traffic! I only made it on Wednesday and saw some people from Europe were visiting it. No profit unfortunately, maybe next time! Oh and I made sure to filter my own IP in Google Analytics so I don't skew my own data as I like to frequently check my website to make sure everything is as it should be.
Feels great making a lot of progress over these last few days, can't wait to see what happens by next week or even next month.
