My website is composed entirely of my own images, some of them I doubt anyone will steal haha, but some are very nice. I'm looking for opinions on the best way to present them o
All are great potentials but the fact is you really can't completely stop it so don't worry too much about it. There are just too many ways around it. Watermarks are the hardest to get around, but it also disrupts your image.
Sorry I don't have a better solution.
I as well would like to know more about this. Some more food for thought: even with no right click enabled I know there are ways to bypass it.

What are safe ways to use my own images?

I'm not sure if by now you've figured out a solution or not, but before you upload your image onto your website, take the image you wish to use and open GIMP. Put your picture in Gimp first. Then, make a tiny watermark, almost invisible, and put it right on your face; since that's more than likely what they'd steal it for (DO NOT LOCK THE WATERMARK, YET). Then, open a new page with GIMP, and leave it blank. Take your watermarked photo and move it to the blank surface. Now, take the pic of you (second layer) and move it to the front, in front of the watermark (first layer). Then lock the layers together, and crop out the excess white background. This way, your watermark will not show, but will still be legally binding. Export the file to your desktop for easy access, and use a tool called Jing to take a second photo of it. Then, you can upload it to jing, wealthy affiliate, or facebook servers, and if i'm not mistaken, limit who can view it. Then, take the image URL from the server you've hosted it on and shorten it with http://whizurl.com. It's not free, but it tracks IP addresses along with shortening your URL. At least that way, you can track who try's to take it. Then, take the picture and make it an html file with MSW, Adobe, OpenOffice, or LibraOffice, and be sure to embed your new tracking URL. Make sure to set all of your privacies to where it can't be touched and password protect it. Once finished, save the image in your editor. At this point, if you want to go the extra mile, you can have it sent out to be copyrighted. However, if you own your own domain, the site itself will be copyrighted here. Then take the html code and paste it where you want the picture on your site, and set a short link to blur it out unless they click on it. Just be sure to list the details of the copyright. If done correctly, you'll get their email, IP address, AND wherever they decide to past it if they use the copy function. If not and you're paranoid about it, drag your pic into the google search bar and it will show you where it's been pasted :)

My website has Bootstrap Sliders with "Learn more" buttons automatically included. How do I link a post to that "Learn more" button? Right now it just refreshes the page and leads
Look under Appearance for theme options then choose Bootstrap slider.
Scroll down and you'll see where it says Enable slide one.
Where it says Slide 1 Button there is a bit of code.
Learn more
Change "test-post" to the post name you want to link it to.
Let me know if you need screenshots. :)
I don't see the "test-post" anywhere... it says this (see attached image). Thank you very much for helping me with this!
Sorry, I was testing it on my theme and had used a "test post" to try it out! This is the screenshot I should have given you. http://screencast.com/t/Vj9kXPPY9LBZ
Make sure the post name is as exactly as in the link.

Excellent! I have the theme installed on test site now so if you run into more problems just ask. )
Just found this post and it helped me out as well. It was driving me crazy so thank you very much!
