Hello. Who do you recommend for Free Business Email Provider please? Sadly I can't use WA as the server points to Shopify, therefore can't use the email provider from them.

Go to Settings > Permalinks and change the display setting to Post Name instead of what you've got now.
open up your backend editor and view the pages. I suspect that the URL is not as you expect.
At the top of the page after you select it for editing you will see view the post or, when you are in the page list, hover and select view the page. You can copy the URL directly from the top bar on your computer.
It may also be possible that you haven't published the page yet. In that case, it won't show in the listing.

Where is your domain registered? Most registrars have an interface for editing the A record (and other records) for your domain.
Shopify. I contacted them and they were very kind and helped me out! Problem was solved :) thank you for the reply!
that is what site support said above and then told to me to ask the question, which I have done. That was 2 days ago.
Out of Interest have you YouTubed it?. using filters so you get the most recent video, as opposed to a potentially OODate one

I believe Bluehost will move the site at a cost. What this is I don't know. I suggest you watch for Kyle or Carson when they are in Live Chat and ask their advice.

thank you Vicki but you can't set up a private business email with them though? Its not a provider?
