Will Google Censor Me? Why I chose my niche

Our world, our America has gone bananas. Anyone with an eighth grade education can see this if they would only pull away, just for a bit, from the mind-numbing television nonsense that the media/networks would have our brains and hearts suck on.

How is it that our America has become a nation of fools? Why do we continue electing the same idiots who spew out glorious and grandiose plans for recovery, for hope and change, for a better America?

In our feeble attempt to show more intellect at the polling booths, we inadvertently (or purposely maybe?) replace the old idiots with new idiots who jump right in to the status quo within the smelly pit of federalism. How did we come so far, believing everything the talking heads regurgitate, only to have our hopes dashed against the rocks of power and greed?

We are at a point where our United States Constitution is no longer relevant and relegated to nothing more than a museum piece. Each branch of government has acted, opined, ruled or ordered some asinine policy in sharp contradiction, ignorance or violation of our nation's founding documents.

The words and deeds of many of these politicians would have been considered treasonous a few short years ago. The once hallowed halls of our state and national governments have been scrubbed and re-stocked with anti-American sentiment, unlawful regulations and fake americans. Ultimately, American families will suffer the greatest impact.

I think most of you get it, so I won't go into much more detail here. Suffice it to say that this is a large part of my reason for selecting my niche <gear4dads.com.>.

I believe dads are the bulwark of families. Their obligations include protection, nurturing (and loving) and educating their children. Their responsibility as THE male role model for children should not be taken lightly.

The current societal mindset hopes to minimize the importance of families and the American values that our country was founded on. America is now host to outsiders from countries who teach their children that they will be rewarded for criminal acts (what we call terrorism and murder) against anything American...against American families.

Then there are those with gender identity issues who believe traditional families are dangerous or irrelevant in today's world. Such folks lacked a good male role model in their childhood more commonly known as "absentee dad" syndrome. Of course an exception is made for a child in his/her early years whose father died. I will only mention but not discuss the tragedy of our country's acceptance of (or purposely ignoring?) a black market for aborted baby body parts: this alone invites the wrath of God.

True American dads must stay engaged with their children. Their future, their world as adults will be far better for it! Dads, whatever we do from this point forward becomes our legacy.

Here is my dilemma.

Obviously, I want my site to generate revenue. I hope my site would be a place where anyone can come to and get some gift ideas for the dad (or anyone else they care about) in their lives. If they don't read much of anything on my site, that's okay. I would prefer they buy something through my site. Nevertheless, I will continue to write about issues that concern me (as a typical American dad) which I hope will be of some use to the reader. And I will tie my post in with some product that will help the reader as well.

Google has become a very pervasive device and no doubt influential as well. With the new ways google employs SEO and website rankings, should I expect my content to be screened or vetted, maybe censored because of my opinions? Would they consider my site too provocative if I posted my views on current events, as you have read here? Do you think such posts like this will somehow negatively impact my site's ranking?

I will appreciate any comment on any part of this article. Thanks in advance. Stay blessed my friends.

Tom

The only way they may "censor" you is if you have some illegal content on your site such as pornography of the illegal type or you're pushing for things that insinuate violence or illegal acts, which you are NOT doing Thomas.

You have a right to your freedom of speech so share it :). There's plenty of people out there who get a lot of love/hate for their views and Google does not censor them.

My impression is that as long as you're targeting key words in your articles, particularly the "low hanging fruit" keywords, then you should get rankings in relevant search terms nonetheless.

I do personally take issue with your statement "America is now host to outsiders from countries who teach their children that they will be rewarded for criminal acts (what we call terrorism and murder) against anything American...against American families." It is very unfortunate that you believe societal issues are due to so called 'outsiders' coming to America, and that they hold belief systems which are criminal, inundated with terror and murder, when this is simply not the case and is highly irrelevant and quite bigoted. Children can and are brought up with such values in a range of circumstances, including social depravity, mental health, abuse etc. It is not the case of "outsiders" to the USA coming in and training all their little ones to commit crimes. As far as I am concerned, everyone is technically an outsider to the USA, considering how it was established as nation.

Perhaps I was mistaken in using the term "outsiders". But nonetheless it has come about that there are some such folks who have migrated (many illegally according to recent news reports) here with no intention of following any U.S. law that is contrary to their morals and/or belief system. You dont have to be a bigot to see how the American demographic has changed dramatically in only the past 10 years, and perhaps one must be a parent to understand the ramifications for children who were born/naturalized U.S. citizens in this country. The point of this blog was to get help from this WA community as to how I may temper my posts in regards to the roles of dads in their families, given the challenges America is facing as stated in this blog. Therein lies my reason for blogging it here rather than posting it on my website. I believe all parents, especially dads must be aware of all issues that could have a significant impact on their children's future. I believe in the Constitution of the United States of America and I served honorably to defend the rights and liberties FOR ALL AMERICAN CITIZENS as enumerated in that same document. And a couple more things: Don't twist my words in retaliation for my blog hitting a raw nerve. Be a true American...tell us your name. Be real and don't hide behind the cat.
