Again ih ave never heard of this in eight years but if you have successfully cancelled nad can prove it hten you can get your money back through your card or bank. Please be aware that Kai Carson's young son is in hospital at the moment and if I was in his shoes I wouldn't reply
I'm not going to make any excuse for anyone but I've not seen or heard of any issues like this and have to believe there is a good explanation.
Also, keep in mind that Carson is not in a position to respond quickly as he has a sick son in the hospital. I am certain Kyle is busy as hell too. Just give them time to respond.

I would call your bank or credit card company asap and explain this to them; as Katkatskitchen pointed out you can get your money back. it might take a month , but you will get it back. Not making excuses for anyone either.

When an I going to hear from carson or anyone else for that matter concerning my refund request. Is this good Customer service?
Email either one. I'm not certain they process refunds for everyone...good luck! We'll miss you!
I have emailed carson 2x- no refund .. not nice. but cc will. Then I start with my blogs and rip-off reports. Better to just live up to their promise made when I asked to leave weeks ago.
You can leave. You have access to your own payment status. Canel. Like I said, I don't believe they give refunds. Go...cancel your membership.
