My Spring Goals And Updates
With Spring upon us in six days, I wanted to share some of my goals, and give some updates on what I've learned and how my website has been coming.
Spring Goals
- Network with 200 more WA users.
- Reach 50 blog posts on my website.
- Start receiving a small amount of traffic to my website.
- Reach rank 1000 or below.
- Graduate from the 4th training level.
Updates
I awoke to a small disappointment, one of the affiliate programs I applied to join had rejected my application. I can only imagine this is due to my site being new and not yet receiving any number of traffic. A minor disappointment, and as always I climb onward and upward.
I managed to get a lot done however. After receiving website feedback I now have a direction for several updates I will be doing on my website. I've also managed to get Google Adsense and Google Analytics in working order.
All in all, I'm very happy with my progress. There will always be setbacks, but what's important is overcoming them. Let me know what your goals are and we can reach them together!

Great goals. Don't worry about the affiliate program. I'm sure most of us have been rejected by a few in the beginning. Plus you can always reapply at some point if you still feed the need.
Thanks for the update, Thaddaeus! Yes, you were most likely rejected from affiliate program due to your 'newness'. Try reaching out to them again in about 90 or so days.
Setting goals is an important factor to your imminent success :)
I personally have not defined my goals (largely due to work/life balance) but I have set intentions for myself that will hopefully inspire me to stay on track.

Great goals and I wish you all the success. I have no doubt that you will complete these goals.
It is very common if your site is new and not enough content, get rejected by affiliate programs, and you can always reapply.
Also, there are many affiliate programs available, I don't know for which affiliate program you applied but go through this live training, hope you will find many more ways. Profiting with Private Affiliate Programs Also, there are many live wabinars by Jay on this subject, you can go through these training, click on the Live Training tab on the left sidebar.
I think you are doing great with Google Analytics and Adsense.
