I think that some of you missed Steve's Wisdom
Steve wrote a fantastic blog post to help us get moving profitably in our business. I didn't think the post stayed on top of the TOP TEN list for every one to get a look at it. I asked Steve of I could make sure everyone got to see his main points by creating a video and publishing it here as a tutorial. He watched the video and gave me his approval. However, not many are seeing the video either.

I have met with backlash by others, including one of the Ambassadors for bringing things like this up. I worked out a system for myself which filters out the junk and I don't comment on it any longer, nor do I see it near as much.
I am less seen now and have re-arranged my WA Space to include only those in my Network who who demonstrate their outstanding positions as role-models. When I get email notifications now, they almost always lead to content that I need and can use. This is why I came here in the first place. I choose my teachers wisely - something that should have been done from the beginning.
I too, fell into the social-all that is here and got into the top 12 where I really didn't belong. There are folks on here that are rarely seen but have the credentials of success due to WA and self-discipline. I learnt the hard way. If I had put the almost 700 blogs I had on here, into my campaigns instead, I'd be making a full-time income today.
I am happy there are people on here who have truly earned the wherewithal to speak, having commanded the respect of others and are able to voice these things - and be heard. This is one of those moments and I for one, greatly appreciate and concur, thus I have written.

Good thinking, Daniel! For a long time I was listed Number 1 here. I told Kyle that his rating method was nuts because he and Carson and Jay were the top contributors. I think that dropped me to Number 4. I have cared less since. I was even No. 1 Creator then! Crazy! No rewards as described. I thought maybe they were going to send me to Hawaii or some such. lol J
I do remember that. Kyle wrote a blog about changes being made that didn't involve sales, but being on the Ambassador list would come with a reward - a trip to the private convention. I do not know if the blog is still there, but I think that was in 2012. I wrote about it in my journal and again later when someone brought it up. It goes without saying that this never materialized. If it had, we wouldn't have seen anything yet that would equal the gaming of the ranking system that likely would have occurred. I think in their wisdom, they silently bowed out of that one.

I've been posting the link to his recent blog in my answers to newbies totally confused about the ambassador and rank thing
a). because so many people are sucked into it and the posts about rank and ambassadors take up more space than the training and websites
b). because Kyle's course actually tells them to take it seriously!
I direct people back to the training and their websites though it is hard not to speak up when a rank monkey is losing the run of themselves even if the system uses your comment to boost them even further!
