My Journey Online
My journey in the online world began since the beginning of the internet .I knew that the internet is not just the information super highway , but also the greatest money making platform that mankind ever discovered.However , I was one of those baby boomers who is not so tech savvy with modern gadgets . I was even afraid to touch the computer mouse , so I left everything online to be handled by my secretary .
Subsequently, the Asian financial crises of the late nineties hit me badly , and I was forced to think of other ways to earn money . Naturally , I was lured to join the various online programs that promises quick easy money with a few clicks . I joined various programs , one after another , always hoping that the next one would give me the break to finally succeed .But alas , all these programs proved to be a huge waste of time , efforts and money .They were either too difficult for newbies, have no support or just do not work as claimed by the so called "gurus" ,or they were just here today and gone tomorrow .
I remember during my journey online I came across Wealthy Affiliate many many times , but somehow I was distracted or blinded by the other more " shiny" programs which I wasted so much time on . I did not join Wealthy Affiliate until I received an email from a God fearing brother whom I met online seven years ago . I believe I was divinely prompted this time to sign up with Wealthy Affiliate on 17th March 2015.This has proven to be my best decision I ever made online .Within this short period of less than a week , I have been very impressed by what I see , read and learnt in my members area. Everything is laid out in a very user friendly manner so it is easy to learn quickly . You can read ,learn and take action at your own time and at your own pace Moreover, the whole community of members are very helpful and supportive . You may remember what Zig Ziglar said : " you can get everything in life you want if you just help enough others get what they want " . These words are manifest in this program.
This prompted me to upgrade to premium today so that I can now move on to higher levels of learning and success .

Hi James , thanks . Although I have not specifically stated your name , you are the God fearing brother I referred to in my blog . Yes, now we have both found our happy home and I am thoroughly enjoying every step of the journey to online success through WA. This reinforces my belief that success is a journey ,not a destination .
