I appreciate that. My problem is that I paid for the one month to get started, and somehow got charged for an entire year on top of it?
Now $19 and then $49 monthly I could live with. But I am on Social Security now and the $350 that was taken in addition to the $19 has really put me in a bind.
So instead of feeling motivated to get started I am feeling like I do not even want to come here?
I can reach no one about this? There is no one listed or any way of contacting anyone to help me? You tell me please, what is going on here? As long as they have been around you would think these things would have been in place?
Every website I have ever owned has had a contact page in the menu where it is clearly visible!
