We write to market to people
At WA our intent is to create meaning about an idea a product a service.
We have to build trust
We need to convey in such a way that they the customer or reader or subscriber is the important one not us.
Arouse in them a want or a need.
We know what our interest is we need to get an idea of what do our readers or listeners want.
Peak their interest not yours.... customers have questions about every product. Read those questions ...solve those problems.... if two or three people have a similar question about a product others do as well.
Write Content with Intent
Put their shoes on....walk in their steps......
