New Day New Laptop

Hello Everyone

it's been a while since I lasted post here on WA and I wanted to give you all an update today as to where I have been and also share some good news related to my online work.

Where Have I Been?

I lasted posted for new year WA when I shared my new year poem. Since then I have been quiet and the reason is because I was on an unexpected but refreshing break for new year. I was only planning to take a week off for new year but things end up lasting a bit longer than that.

I was enjoying relaxing and binge watching one of my favourite TV shows on DVD and truth be told I got a bit lazy when it came to getting back to work online. I was still coming online for a short time each day to check Facebook, email and Wealthy Affiliate but that was about it.

I also lost my ambassador status on WA while I was inactive but I plan to work hard and get it back when I can. Taking the 4 weeks break probably hurt my business but it was good for me and it felt good to relax and it gave me some clarity and much needed me time.

But I'm back now I have been catching up on some work on my website yesterday and today. Other than my break nothing much has changed with me. My health hasn't improved or gotten any worse but I do have a bit of a cold again but I'll be fine.

During my break I also had a lot of time to think about new business goals I want achieve this year and I have been making some business plans to which I'll talk more about in a future blog post.

But other than that I haven't been up to much aside from what I mentioned and other usual tasks like shopping. The days are still rolling along slowly but I'm still alive and kicking which is the main thing.

My New Laptop

Something unexpected did happen last fortnight which was that I got a new laptop last fortnight on Thursday.

My old laptop got worse the night before and the internet completely stopped working on it and the other issues was having with like it being really slowly and often freezing and crashing got worse.

But the internet stopping on it was the last straw and I was going into town the next day for shopping so when I went into town the next morning I went to the local computer shop and used some of the little savings I have in my bank account to buy a cheap but brand new laptop.

I got a 14 inch Breeze laptop that runs Windows 11 which is a nice upgrade from my old Windows 10 laptop. I have not heard of the Breeze brand before but it seems good so far. It's a low end laptop and not what I wanted for my next laptop but it will suit fine for now until I can get the money together to buy a much better laptop.

It has made a big difference though and it is so much better being able to do things much faster as well as have it booted up a lot faster and not have to worry about freezing and crashing anymore.

My new laptop is great for what I need to get done online each day and since getting this new laptop it has increased the speed of my online activities by a lot and tripled my productivity as well meaning it was a great decision purchasing this new laptop when I did.

What I Did Today

I started working on my website again yesterday and I'm back at work online now like usual meaning I will be back on WA a lot more now to. Lastnight I got another blog post done and published on my main business website.

Lastnight I couldn't sleep so I got up early this morning, had breakfast and came online again. I got another blog post done including images, links and blog banner made and added. It is ready for publishing and I will be publishing it tonight before I go to bed,

I also got a couple of post done on my business pages on social media today to so my followers know I'm back. I got one post done on Facebook and one on Twitter. In between all that work I had some lunch and a shower. Now I'm sitting in my living room on my laptop typing this blog post on Wealthy Affiliate.

Tonight I will be taking things easy and hanging out on WA for a bit and then relaxing with YouTube until bedtime. I will also be logging in to my website to publish that blog post before I go to bed.

My Plans For The Next Couple Of Weeks

Now that I'm getting back into things I have made plans for the next couple of weeks. My main focus will be getting another blog post done on my website over the weekend and then making sure I post at least 1 to 2 blog post on my website each week.

I will be exploring WA Hubs more to and I want to go through the new training when I have time and I want to explore the new Site Content in more depth and try out the new AI author when have time to do that to.

I will also be doing some research about some other niches I'm interested in which is mainly the lawn care niche. Lawn care has been one of my other interests for a long time and I really like lawn mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers and all things lawn care related.

I have always cut my own lawn with my battery powered lawn equipment until recently I have had to pay someone due to my illness but I plan to get a new lawn mower and new string trimmer and start doing it myself again when I feel better and when I have the money.

Over the last few days I have been hooked on watching lawn care videos on YouTube so I thought I might explore the lawn care niche myself and start my own lawn care blog at some stage this year.

Even though I am not well enough or fit enough to cut grass for people I still want to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for lawn care by having own lawn care business online where I can have a bit of fun and share my knowledge at the same time.

I also have a couple of ideas that I could do from my garage to supplement my lawn care business once I get it started. I will talk more about that in a future blog post.

Whenever I think about having my own online lawn care business I feel really happy, excited and a fire gets going inside me meaning I have recently discovered that I am even more passionate about tools, gardening and lawn care than I realized. So my own online lawn care business will be a good fit for me.

I also have some other niches that I'm interested in exploring like tools, gardening, mobility scooters, CPA marketing and making money online so I will be researching each of these niches a lot more than I already have and asking some questions in the WA community.

I have already started making plans for my lawn care blog but it's just planning at this stage as I'm not sure when I will have the time to get a domain and start it up as I want to focus most of my time on my main business website.

I still want to work on my other websites from time to time as well and work towards my other goals and plans for this year that I discussed in a previous blog post as well. It's going to be a big year but I'm feeling good and I'm going to work hard to make success happen for me this year in some way, shape or form.

Conclusion

In conclusion I'm back from my break and with a new laptop as well that has made my online activities a lot easier and faster as well as tripled my productivity. Not much has changed with me other than what I have discussed in this blog post and I still keep rolling on through the days.

During my break I got some clarity and much needed me time as well as a lot of time to think and make some new business goals and plans. I have been catching up on work on my main business website yesterday and today and getting some blog posts done.

I will be getting as many blog posts done on my website as i can over the next couple of weeks and then making sure to post at least 1 to 2 blog posts on my website per week after that as well as post each week on social media as well.

I will be starting an online lawn care business sometime this year and exploring some other niches that I'm interested in as well. But my main business website will be my main focus and my other websites, goals and plans for this year will be my side projects for working on in my spare time.

I will be posting on my WA blog more often again to and I will talking more about my business plans in a future blog post as well as sharing updates and progress related to my online businesses as well. It's going to be a big year but I'm determined to work hard and make success happen for me this year in some way, shape or form.
