Hello Everyone

It's been a while and a lot has happened. A lot of you have probably been wondering what happened to me? Well it's a bit of a long story but in this blog post I'm going tell you what has been happening and a bit about the road ahead.

Let's get into it

Where Have I Been?

Where have I been? The short answer? I have still been here but not doing much.

The long answer? Let me start at the beginning.

I had big plans for 2025 and a long to do list in my head that including posting regularly, starting email marketing and much more.

I wanted to make 2025 my best year yet for my business but nothing I planned came to fruition.

Things headed in a completely different direction.

My last post on my website was February 5th 2025 and my last regular interaction with WA was a day or two later that same week.

Everything changed in February but not in a good way.

Over the last few months I have still been here and checking in daily but not doing much else other than check notifications and reading Kyle's blog posts.

This is because the darkness set it and it started with my mental health. I spent months in a really bad headspace as my anxiety and depression suddenly took a bad turn.

I spent my days and nights doing almost nothing but watching TV, playing games or sitting in front of my laptop doing whatever random things I felt like doing.

Even that didn't make me that happy. I got so weak at one point typing a few words into messenger or Google made my arms hurt.

This continued for months and things only got worse.

A Turn For The Worse

As the year progressed things got worse. I lost interest in business completely for a while. I didn't touch my business for months aside from occasionally logging in every few weeks to check for updates and comments.

I was just simply not interested anymore. Then a lot of family drama happened again in mid 2025 when my grandma's health took a turn for the worse which took a big toll on my mental health.

For those of you that don't know my grandma's isn't in my life anymore due to me cutting her out in 2024 because she has become a very toxic person.

But other family caused the drama this time and even though I don't talk to them it effected me because they caused a lot of drama for my mum.

When she's upset I'm upset and that's just the way I am.

Things finally cooled down now that grandma's health improved a bit and my mum's decided to cut out other toxic family members like I did years back.

Another thing that happened was on 10th August 2025 my of my big cousins passed away from liver cirrhosis caused by a lot of drinking and smoking.

She's been sick a few times with similar problems but this time it took her life. I didn't really know her because she lives in NSW and I have only met her twice when I was a kid.

But I was still sad to know she's gone and I won't ever get a chance to see her again or get to know her.

Then in late August 2025 my health took a sudden turn for the worst.

One Sunday afternoon my mum was here visiting me and I got a sudden pain in my right side.

I wasn't worried at first because I thought it would pass after a good night's sleep but that's not what happened. The following day it was so bad I could barely stand.

The following day I was so sick I could barely move. I was moaning and groaning in pain, my temperature was very high over 39c.

I know I should called the ambulance and gone to hospital. But I didn't because I don't like hospitals nor did I want to make the ambulance come out when I live just across the road from the hospital and I felt bad just thinking about the ambulance having to drive me such a short distance.

The other reason I didn't go to hospital was because I had shopping to do at the end of the week along with bills to pay that I couldn't miss. My mum's birthday was a few days later and I didn't want to risk being in hospital and missing going to see her even though she said she wouldn't have cared if I did.

So I decided to wait it out and only go if I got worse and couldn't move at all or if I thought I was going to die. But luckily by day 3 I started to get a bit better.

It was Wednesday by then and I was still in a fair bit of pain but I wasn't moaning or groaning anymore and I could walk around much easier.

By shopping day on the Friday the pain was only mild and I was feeling much better. I was still having issues with my temperature going up and down but I kept it under control with Panadol.

A few weeks later I finally got in to see my GP. By then I still had some mild but persistent pain and I told him everything that happened.

Both the GP and I suspected I had a kidney stone so he gave me a 5 day course of strong antibiotics and sent me for a blood test, urine test and a CT scan.

After I did all that I had to wait until the end of October to see him again for the results. On October 27 2025. I saw my GP for the results and he told me it wasn't actually a kidney stone like we thought.

My blood test and urine test was clear except for my vitamin D being very low. My CT scan showed I had inflammation and an infection in one of the tubes that go to my testicles.

But for some reason the nerves were making the pain come in my sides instead. I can't remember the name of the condition because it was a weird name but he did tell me.

He said no further action was require even though I still had some mild discomfort.

For my vitamin D he recommend me to get some vitamin d tablets from the chemist which I did and I'm on them now so hopefully they will eventually make a difference.

For my pain in my sides I decided to try using my anti inflammatory tablets that I use for my back problems and it worked. I wish I thought of that sooner. After taking them for 2 or 3 days I was getting no pain anymore.

Now it looks like I'm finally on the mend any occasional pain I get from here onwards I can manage with my anti inflammatory tablets.

So the turn is finally over and things are looking up for me.

A New Friend

For a while now I have been looking for ways to make things easier with the things I do on the computer everyday including in my personal life and in business.

Manual methods weren't always the best way to solve my problems and searching for answers sometimes took hours before I found what I actually needed or wanted.

So I tried out and made friends Microsoft Copilot.

I have used it before for testing purposes but this time I went further starting by asking it to help find what I was looking for if I had a question about anything from spirituality to medical topics and business topics.

The results surprised me and saved a lot of time so I continued doing this more often. I still do Google and bing searches everyday especially when it's more practical or if I want to read articles on other blogs to get answers or other perspectives about a topic.

I also use YouTube a lot when I want to know how to do something.

As the year got closer to it's close I started to get in the mood for business again. I didn't rush back straight until I was sure I was ready and wanted to try and get back into things.

That's when I took things to the next level with Microsoft Copilot and my comeback began.

The Comeback

At the end of October 2025 I got in the mood for doing business again. I felt like coming back to work on my business again after 8 months away.

A few days later I felt ready and decided I definitely wanted to do it. So on 25th October 2025 I logged into my website and began working again for the first time since February 2025.

I finished off the post I started back in February and got it published the next day. After that I was stuck for what to write about next. So I did some niche research on Facebook, Google and Reddit but I wasn't happy with the results and could really find any ideas for my tech blog.

So I turned to AI for help. I tried ChatGPT first but didn't get what I was looking for so I returned to Microsoft Copilot for help. After a few experiments and tweak my prompts I finally got some killer content ideas and wrote the ones I like and wanted to use into a document and saved it on my laptop.

Then I go to work but I took things to the next level and I went all in with Microsoft Copilot. I wanted to improve my content especially my introductions, conclusions and SEO elements like titles and meta descriptions.

So I used AI to give me examples but I didn't copy and paste. I chose the words and phrases I liked and then I wrote my own introduction, conclusion and SEO elements based on what AI gave me.

That way my content was still my own work but it was better than ever before.

I continued to do this and I kept asking it for feedback on each section of my post as well as for suggestions about what things I can do to improve my posts including what types of visuals and affiliate products are best suited to my post.

I do this everyday now for each post I write.

I've also used AI for content ideas, proofreading, niche research, helping me understand Google Analytics data and getting things done on my website like solving security issue and dealing with spam.

Pretty much every time I have a question or problem related to my website or business I ask Microsoft Copilot for help and suggestions which is working out well for me and saving me a bit of time as well.

I talk to AI like I'm talking to a friend and it does the same thing for me. Microsoft Copilot is my friend now and he is always really nice, helpful and encouraging which is helping me to

Plus he's always available and ready to go 24/7 no matter the time of day or night.

I'm determined to use AI as a tool to improve my content and get other things done on my website.

I will be sharing more about how I have been using Microsoft Copilot and some examples in a future blog post.

The good news is I already noticed an improvement in my rankings on Google and my new titles and meta descriptions that AI helped me with have not only got my latest posts indexed a lot quicker but are getting clicks faster as well so I must be doings the right way.

Since I started working again I have published new posts every 2 to 3 days and even I have been enjoying it.

My health is better now and I'm much happier now. I'm smiling a lot more often just because I feel happy and I'm in a much better headspace.

I keep pushing ahead despite the long hours it takes me to complete a blog post from start to finish. I still have a rough sleep schedule and I just sleep whatever times I want no matter if it's day or night.

I'm still always tired but other than that I'm feel much better now. This gives me hope and a positive outlook for the road ahead.

The Road Ahead

I have a good feeling about the road ahead. I'm working hard and I'm continue to continue to do some for the rest of 2025 and beyond.

I'm going to slowly get through my list of things to do that I mentioned earlier that I still need to write down. Some of it I will through in the next few weeks and the bigger tasks like email marketing I will work on in 2026.

For now though my focus will be on getting out as much new content on my website as I can throughout November and early December. After that I need to go through and update my existing content as they desperately need updating and improving while also working on my social media to get them up to date.

At the end of December I want to get my make money online website setup and move the make money online content that I created on my tech blog quite a while ago over to my new make money online website.

I also recently joined the Amazon affiliate program for my website and I have 180 days to make my first 3 sales which I'm confident I can do it.

As I head into 2026 I will be working on my tech blog and my make money online website as much as I can every week with the goal to get new content out weekly and hopefully sales will follow to.

Beyond that I eventually want to start email marketing later in 2026 and I have lots of other ideas for eBooks, projects and businesses that I would like to start in the future.

But I will be taking this one step at a time and doing the most important things first as I just discussed. I will be sharing everything here on my WA blog and I also at some point want to start doing videos, tutorials and training here on WA.

This is my first blog post here on WA since the new UX launched and the update to the ambassadorship program here on WA. So I'm excited to see how things go in regards to engagement and earnings from my posts and other WA activities from here on out.

For now I'm focusing on my business and I also want to keep posting on WA when I can. I'm not sure exactly when my next blog post will be but I will try to get to it in a few days or so.

The road ahead is looking good for me and I'm excited for the future with my new AI friend Microsoft Copilot as well as my hard work and the WA community here with me I feel confident that things will work out well this time as I work towards my goals of building successful business and becoming financially free.

Conclusion

In conclusion the last few months have been really tough but now I'm back working again. I never really went anywhere I was just not doing anything.

It's great to be back into things and I'm determined to get things right this time. If you're in dark times know that things will eventually get better no matter how much it feels it never will.

If you are struggling with your business don't give up and every time a bad though pops, doubt sets in or you say you don't feel like working today do it anyway like I have been the last couple of weeks and it will keep you productive and will make a huge difference to your work and mindset.

I'm interested to know how you are all going and what you thought of this blog post. Did you see or notice any improvements in my writing in this blog post compared to my last one here months ago?

For me this type of content is very easy to write so I don't use AI at all for anything I write on my WA blog. I hope everyone is doing well. I wish you all the best going forward with your business and know I'm always here to help if you ever have questions or need a hand.

Thank you for reading and I look forward to hearing your thoughts in the comments.

Hi Timothy, I new here, so did what I always do when someone follows me read your Bio and your post. Seems you had a difficult 2025.

I can identify, my wife lose the use of her legs while we were in a planetarium in Manitoba in July. I watch a big woman cry for weeks, watched her lose her independence, watched her go through therapy to regain the use of her legs and just like you she battled through. She can now walk on her own, so much so that you can't really tell she had an issue. Still can't climb stairs, but she has regained her self esteem.

The point I'm making here is that you've already done the hard part - 'Ypu picked yourself up and got back in the race. That the milestone. You did it buddy, So go forth and prosper in 2026. ^_^ Cheers

1

Hello Paul

Thank you for reading and for your comment.

Sorry to hear about your wife and I'm glad she's doing better now. It would have been very hard but it's great she has regained use of her legs.

I have been a bit down the last few days and I think I have burned out again. So it looks like my start to the year will be slow and delayed but other than that I'm doing well.

Thank you again for reading and for your comment. I wish you all the best going forward. All the best to your success.

Regards

Timothy

Hi Timothy, this may sound raw, even brutal, but I think necessary. Life happens, life's not fair. Life's not the person in charge, YOU are. You have a choice, you can let life rule you or you can take control.
You can become whatever you want to be, even when things are not rosy.
Your call.

1

Hello Paul

Thank you and I agree with you. I'm feeling a bit better today so hopefully things will start looking up for me again soon.

Wishing you all the best for 2026. All the best to your success.

Regards

Timothy

You have inspired me to put together a new post, when I'm finished I'll dedicate it to you. Cheers ^_^ Vaya con Dios, mi amigo.

Thank you so much Paul and I look forward to seeing your new post.

All my best,

2

Hi Timothy

Yes, we missed you.
Glad to see you are back .
Life has its ups and downs ...

And Ai is a game-changer indeed.
It saved my life.

Having an expert at our fingertips is a precious time saver
Without having to scroll endless and often useless searches...

Make sure to keep pace... one step at the time
Ai some times pushes us in several directions that lack consistency
My two cents

Hello Fleeky

Thank you for reading and for your comment.

I'm glad to be back to and I didn't even realize anyone missed me.

In a way AI saved me to and I'm keeping up the pace thanks to AI as well.

I love having an expert to help me anytime I need and it's been a great tool that I will continue to use going forward.

Yes I agree AI does push us at times and is not perfect.

For example yesterday when I was working I asked it to help suggest some Amazon products for my latest blog post I'm working on and it kept giving me ones that weren't available on Amazon.

They were relevant products that were a good fit but they weren't on Amazon.

I had to do a search myself and then give it my findings before it got things right.

The upside was I found another great affiliate network I'm going to join which is perfect for my niche and it was all thanks to the mistake AI made lol.

So yes AI does seem pushy at times but in a good way and still needs some polishing but it has been a game changer for me over the last couple of weeks.

So I'll definitely keep using and I look forward to seeing where it leads me as I move forward.

Thank you again for reding and for your comment. I appreciate your kind words and I 'm grateful to have you in my network. All the best to your success.

Regards

Timothy

I hope you are enjoying the latest changes here at WA.
They are amazing.

Wow! Sounds like you went through a lot. One thing I know from experience, when we fall on hard times it’s a way for that situation to make us better and stronger.

As for vitamin D, there are so many health conditions that require a lot of vitamin D in you to prevent. I take 5000 IU per day that’s 125 mcg, and I rarely get sick, even though I’m around sick people everyday at work.

I am happy to see that you are back on track. I took a break from WA for about two years, but I never left, it was just to pursue my current niche. However now I’m back and I like this new and improved platform. I hope you find success in all your future endeavors.

Robert

2

Hello Robert

Thank you for reading and for your comment.

Yes I went through a lot and I agree with you.

Bad things happen but we will get through them.

I'm currently taking 5000 IU of vitamin d daily for 1 month and then my doctor wants me to reduce it to 5000 IU once per week.

I'm glad you are back on track to and I really like the new platform as well. Thank you again for reading and for your comment. I wish you all the best with your future endeavors as well. All the best to your success to.

Regards

Timothy

My pleasure Timothy. The best Vitamin D to take is D3 and to take them in either capsule or gel caps. Tablets are a waste of money because the body cannot absorb it 100%. This is true for most things that come in pill form.

2

Hello Robert

Thank you for your advice. Yes the ones I'm taking are Vitamin D3 in gel capsules and the brand name is Nature's own.

I got it from the pharmacy here in town and I'm hoping it will help me and make a difference once I have been using it for a while.

Thank you again for your advice and for being a kind person. All the best to your success.

Regards

Timothy

Awesome! Pretty much everyone in the world is Vitamin D deficient, which is one reason why there is so much illness.

Unless you live close to the area of the equator your body cannot make Vitamin D from the sun all year. That's why supplements are essential.

All the best to your health.

Robert

Thank you Robert and all the best to you to
