Hope you don't mind me mentioning this: there is actually no Dragon Scorpio sign.
Dragon is from Chinese Astrology (which is also called Bazi). Scorpio is from Western Astrology. There is no mixing.
As mentioned in my blog, in Chinese Astrology there are 5 elements - Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. Each is assigned to an animal sign. E.g. for the Dragon sign, there is Wood Dragon (which is the coming lunar year), the Fire Dragon, the Earth Dragon, the Metal Dragon, and the Water Dragon.
Which element and animal sign depends on your year of birth.
