beginning the online experience. again.
ok, ok, ok... so its been my passion for years... Internet Marketing has been the ideal career move but i always keep finding myself back to grind either working sales over the phone or busting my ass working in construction.. I have been a tile installer for over 13 years and this time Im not going back!!! ive been re-learning as much as possible these past 9 months getting back to where I was a few years ago when I lost my Search Marketing Company due to personal problems and lack of business knowledge..
I just started a new Marketing Company with a partner web designer of mine and things are starting to roll. Aside from web design, seo, ppc, video and social media this is where my real interest has always been right here at wealthy affiliate, along with other IM places that im learning like jvzoo, clickbank, warriorplus etc...
I am starting from stage one and will be going through the steps to learn the real way of making an income online without having to rely on so much overhead and a bunch of clients. So the venture begins, I have purchased internet marketing info products in the past that I still have like ebooks and all the shiny catchy looking stuff that promised me millions and Im still sitting with nothing.. lol, probably because I havent put in any effort ..YET!!!
Internet Marketing the real way step by step here I go. I can use your help friends, I have a bunch of cool products, ebooks and helpful stuff.. my problem is im not a strong reader.. my problem has always lied here.. I will take the time and get through the material just like anyone else who started from the beginning.. as time goes by I will learn and I promise to do my best to give other newcomers inside tips to skip all the bullshit and get right into it.. I will do what i can ..As the CEO of Marketing Company I should be able to do this!
I look forward to hearing from you friends, and any helpful info you got if it can cut down on the many many pages of content to read thru..lol..

Welcome Back is in order I guess Tim, It sounds like someone that did wrong at one time and now promises not do it again, lol. Like they say here at WA forget most of the past and start at the beginning, one step at a time slow and easy, or fast if you want to but what if you miss something and then you have to go back to it again? You time is very valuable and its not something you can get back, so read it all and you will be glad you did. So again Welcome take your shoes off and stay as long as you want and enjoy.
Welcome to the community Tim! At first glance, I could take your profile and put it on my page and it would probably fit me pretty well also. So here's my first bit of advice, since you asked, if you're open to it.
Put aside ALL that other stuff you've been buying and not applying and follow the training Kyle and Carson have put together here. Ignore all that "shiny object" stuff for now (of which most is probably useless anyway)... You're right about the need to take a fresh look at everything. The only way to do that is to step out of the mindset that put you in your slump in the first place..."selling for fast profits" "fancy tricks and shortcuts", etc..
Though selling is a big part of internet marketing, it shouldn't be your first priority. Gaining the right knowledge from the mentors of this program is the key to putting this platform to work for you.

Thanx a lot for the advice and encouragement.. Although it's so hard to not fall for the shiny objects.. Lol.. I will do as u say and just start with a fresh mindset.. I've told myself to do so but keep finding myself not doing it.. I started a marketing company doing basic websites and search marketing for businesses so that takes a lot of my time. I'm still working on my own website and eventually I want to offer products and tools for my clients as well as turn it into a membership site.. If u have any advice on that I would appreciate it and for now I will take everything in slowly step by step..
