Hello,

My name's Thomas, I'm 34 years old and currently residing in Toronto, Canada with my wonderful wife Mary. We have a son named Zeke who's 7 years old and is diagnosed with ASD. I currently work full time for a fire extinguisher manufacturing company. I held other jobs in my younger years such as Sales Associate in a retail store, bank teller, and as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy.

I'm currently interested in the automotive sector, particularly in the parts/shop department.

I don't know what to expect from being here but I'm givng it a try and excited to see where it'll lead me.

Regards,
Tom

Money Goals
QUESTION #1: How much money would you be happy earning? -- I'll be happy regardless of the amount. Just to actually earn something is enough for me and will definitely push me to work harder for it.

QUESTION #2: How much would you be ecstatic earning? -- Again, any amount will put a smile on my face. But of course, with a little bit of earning will just make me to go on and push/work harder.

QUESTION #3: And how much TIME are you willing to invest to achieve these goals? -- As much as I can provide. I do work full time and also need to help around the house with chores. :)

Hi Thomas, I hear you. I also work a full time job. I've found that even if you start small/invest little time to where it doesnt make a big impact in you day, over time this adds up. Sooner or later you look back and see the long road you've covered. I've done this same thing with many things that my wife even painted a painting for me that says "the number one reason people give up so fast is because they tend to look at how far they still have to go... Instead of how far they have gotten". I hope to see you succeed at this down the road!

That is a highly motivating saying by your wife. I like it! Reading it a few times over makes a lot of sense. I remember Kyle stating on one of the modules that this venture is not a race. So yeah, i'll probaly take it slow until I get the hang of it and hopefully get better at it so that someday, I may be able to share my expertise and knowledge to other people who are just starting on this venture like myself today. Thanks!

Regards,
Tom

I hope things are going well. I know you are getting rolling within the training and there is ONE thing that always tends to confuse people and that is "what is my niche?".

I know, same thing happened to me when I started.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I am here if you ever want to run any niche "ideas" by me or you have any questions about finding your niche.

Get back to me when you get the chance! :)

What's up Thomas and welcome to Wealthy Affiliate!

Just thought I'd welcome you and help you get started on the right track, as I know how it is to land somewhere without any direction.

You will learn a lot within the next few days and you will meet a bunch of new people, who will help you along the way so that's something you can expect.

As a new member here, you want to put up a pic (preferably of yourself) and say a little something about you so that it can be easier for others to help you.

To start the training, just head over to the Online Entrepreneur Certification getting started course (Level 1). This is a task based course that will get you taking action on daily tasks that will lead to you building web assets right away.

Here is the link that you will see within your main menu labeled "Get Started Here". We all started somewhere so don't feel alone. Take things one day at a time and everything will start to make sense.

Just take a look around, get to know how the site works, and enjoy what your free membership has to offer.

Let me know what you think, okay?

Hey John,

Thanks for the warm welcome. I actually ended here after reading your blog about Kyani as I have somone on instagram talk about it. I'll admit that it's tempting and all especially when you see people with their cars or rewards from being a member but i've always been cautious and a little skeptical when it involves putting down a huge amount of money, selling/marketing towards another person directly, and recruiting other people.

I've read about something like this before, affiliate marketing or affiliate advertising and actually thought I can probably do that. So, long story short, here I am and giving this a try. Thanks.

Regards,
Tom

Yeah MLM is never going to change and a lot of it is HYPE. Been there done that and I don't care what anyone says, it is all based off of recruiting. Affiliate marketing/online marketing is the only way that you truly can become your own boss and that's just how it is. It takes work, but the rewards are more than worth it. Best business in the world my friend, and you will see that as you progress here. Don't let the fancy cars get you my man, it's all marketing and nothing but an incentive.
