So far so good
My site is a bit unique. I have a work history and strong knowledge of sales in the credit card processing industry. When I joined WA I thought creating a site in my niche would be a challenge. Amazon links really don't fit into the sales process I use and my target audience is business owners which is even more niche.
So far I have done several articles and a glossary of credit card processing terms. What I have found in this process is that forcing myself to write for a new medium has forced me to organize my thoughts a bit differently and offer my value proposition first. This has changed the way I sell for the better. I also have realized that if I simply keep writing I will get better and better at it and the traffic will come naturally. I don't need a huge stream of traffic, just a trickle with a measurable conversion rate. The nature of this business is that once a customer signs up I get paid each month for the life of the contract so each individual sale is worth a lot more than the usual affiliate one off sale.
Once i have the traffic and a predictable rate of conversions I can reliably predict my income and plan expansions like adding media and videos etc.
The biggest challenge for me is simply to keep writing. I plan two articles a week or more. I would liek to do more but for now it is a process to take a really complicated information and break it down into something simple and straightforward.
Sorry for the stream of consciousness style of my blogging. This is a very convienent way to record my thoughts and plans.

Thanks Jeffery! It’s a lot of work but should ramp up nicely once traffic starts.
