The power of Chatbots!
I have been doing some ChatBot training which has been great fun. Following the training I have build a reasonably complex chatbot sequence for my FaceBook page. Without any promotion I have had a number of people encauge with my chatbot.
I think when I come to build another chatbot sequence I will be better as I can see some of the difficulties some people have when working through my current sequence.
I think at some stage I will include the chatbot service on my website, although at the moment I don't know how to do that!
Has anybody else tried using a chatbot on their website? Was it a help or a hinderance?
