Mine is on auto pilot and grows by about 5 to 10 followers a day on average, unless I am pinning a lot, then I have gained up to 25 to 30 a day. The account is up to 1208 followers so far..

Followed you. I wanted to convert my account to a business account, but I do not want to loose what I have here under my name, unless I could use the same identity for the business account. I need to explore that option I guess.
Yes, I am confused on this part. It looks like we cannot manage verification of our website as a business for Pinterest in order to retrieve the analytics because we cannot access our FTP files? (not that I would know what to do once I accessed them, mind you)
