I’ve been interested only because it is such a stable and wide vertical. It seems there are opportunities for everything from contractors to commercial building contractors and the financial aspects as well.

Hey Brad my name is Wanda. I would like to know more about residential real estate myself. I bought my house 18 years ago and the process went so smoothly that I didn't really learn about a lot except that when you find something you really like, do not waste time thinking about it, move forward with your offer quickly as possible. Do this before someone else puts down an offer on the property and it's moved away from you. I lost a house I really wanted that way. But I thank God for the one I purchased. W. Payne

We found our “right” house by being patient and waiting for what really felt right.
I’m also invested in REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) because it feels stable.

I’ve dabbled a bit in both, and honestly residential feels more approachable since everyone needs a place to live. Commercial can pay bigger but way more upfront risk.
I find it interesting how most things “average out” when we factor in risk and reward.
