Costa Rica is back on My Radar
Now that my Event Planners Expo is winding down, I am refocused on my Costa Rica project.
What is the Costa Rica project?
To sum it up, I have a friend that has 150 acres in the southern area of Costa Rica. We are building an event center in the jungle. This venue will be used for destination weddings, yoga retreats, business masterminds or any other group activity.
The model of the event venue is quite unique, and that the cabins and villas around the perimeter are available as investments. What is unique about the investment opportunity, is that the investor could realize a return on their investment every week or two. Every time a new group box the site.
