Finishing up Level Two.
Strategy
I'm finally finishing level two today. I have been trying to just keep momentum by doing a little something every day. I decided to get an overview first and get a strategy in place as I move on. I think that more content will bring more visitors and hopefully revenue. I mean if I went to a site and there are two posts I doubt I'd visit again and much less buy anything.
The fact that you can always refer back to the training will be invaluable because as you move through the lessons new thoughts and ideas appear. So I look forward to being able to look things up and revise moving forward.
I'm working on a fitness website and hope that I will be done with all the training within the next two months. Then do a big push and have things up and running the next month. That said... September will be difficult as I will be away on holiday... twice :) But I think just keeping momentum is key. Then again traveling is another niche isn't it. haha. So many ideas! So little time.
6 Months in...
By Christmas, I want to see some money coming in. Even if, it is just a trickle. So far this has given me a lot of hope that I will one day be able to have a significant, reliable and consistent income stream. And hopefully once it starts trickling it will start flowing.
Challenges...
Making time is so far been OK and I try do a little something every day. It helps to keep what I learn fresh and also keeps the hope alive. But I can see it would be easy to skip a few days and find yourself back at your laptop trying to figure out where to pick things up again. Finding time to do research and writing content (as this is creative process) will also be tricky. But as I move through the training I am devising strategies to address these challenges.
