Best way is to use an image editor, this is a free way.
Open your image in http://apps.pixlr.com/editor
In the layers section on the right, right-click your current layer and choose "layer styles." You can add drop shadows there.

You don't need to download any software to use this app, it's a great tool for editing images. :)
That's great thx Kathy. That's what I'm going to do then.
My Mac (which I normally do all my image editing on before uploading) has finally died and won't be replaced for a wee while. The computer that I'm temporarily using is a bit older/slower, and I don't like the idea of trying to install heavy, intensive graphics software onto it.
So what you suggest sounds like the perfect solution, Thx again,
Chris
You're welcome, shame about your Mac.
Pixlr is a great tool, especially if you have a slower machine. :)
