This won't be a long post. I logged in this evening to find that my ranking within WA has dropped below 1000! I am so proud of what I have achieved in a little over a month.
5 years of trying to make an online business work and I have finally found my path. Cheers to everyone who has followed me along the way. Here's to your continued success. I couldn't have done it without this amazing community.

May I ask you a simple question. What does the ranking mean on WA? Does it mean you are an authority figure? A branding expert? What does it mean? Does it mean you spend all you time answering people's questions just to boost your ranking? Do you spend less time selling because you are consumed by answering questions? What is the BENEFIT?
Having an infrastructure in place with a documented FAQ section, should, mostly could, answer most of the questions people ask -- like how do I add a blog? I read a lot of redundancy.
I'd love to read the communities feedback. So far, I see it as time consuming without any financial ROI.
