One thing I’ve learned from juggling multiple sites at once is that the content schedule is only part of the job.
Once your sites are up and running, a good publishing schedule can keep you moving in the right direction. But one thing many people often overlook is engagement. Comments and emails matter more than you think. They are not just little tasks sitting on the side. They are opportunities to build trust, answer real questions, and learn what your audience actually cares about.
So yes, keep publishing. Keep improving your site. But don’t neglect the people already reaching out.
