I have been using kre8or and image studio to create product placement images.
Some affiliate programs dislike you copying and pasting their images for your content, so what do you do?
I will tell you what I do. I take a screenshot and create my own but better than theirs. For example, below is a high end Sectional Sofa I seen on Amazon. This is a screenshot I borrowed for inspiration.

I take and upload the screenshot to either kre8or or image studio and enter a simple prompt. Basically telling it what I want to see. I my case, my prompt was, "Create a product placement image using this boring image. A cozy living room in a normal household." The result:
I may be biased or even a bit conceited, but I like my image more than theirs. Furthermore, it is an original image now and it belongs to me.
This can be done with any product and a bit of imagination.
