We write to humans vs search engines. I like to extend my user experience reach.

I can be a perfectionist, which works against me. I like my elements to be highly polished.

All in all, if my readers are satisfied, that's the ultimate for me. We're in the business of helping vs. selling or writing to humans vs. search engines.

Thinking about it more closely now, images could rank if they prove useful to search intents.

My mother used to start preparing for the Sunday festa at about 6 AM.

The wonderful smell of her gigantic meat sauce would wake up the whole house and we would have a breakfast from hell that took at least two hours to consume before going to church.

We ate throughout the day as we visited various family members.

I can’t eat that much anymore, but I still try my best on Sunday. Lol

Kids today are much smarter about the food they consume, but we had more fun in the kitchen. 😎

I just came back from snacking in the kitchen. I had a bit of homemade apricot jam on toast; it's delicious. Thanks; I needed to hear this.

Wow, I bet it was. My mom taught me many recipes passed down from her mom, lol. The folks here love my creations :)

Yeah, my mom also learned all her mother's Italian recipes, which were fantastic, and then she taught them to my wife. Stacy loves to cook, and I love to eat; enough said! Lol

We have a lot of "gourmet Italian" dishes, but she cooks Irish, French, Chinese, Japanese, you name it. I'm just the kitchen helper, cleaning up the dirty pots and pans, etc. Haha 😎

Before covid, we used to eat out two to three times a week, and now we have been eating out more again.

It is the best. I love the fruit apricot and would collect the pit stones, wash them, dry them, break them, and eat what's inside. But I haven't done that for a long time.

When we were young, we played a game with the apricot stones.

Wow! Your wife is a super cook. I learned to cook Arabian recipes during visits to the Gulf and still make them sometimes, plus others.

We don't go out often; my hubby likes homemade meals.

Thanks, Frank! I like to experiment whenever an opportunity presents itself. I like to keep my taste buds on edge.

It takes skill to make that. I use a bit of ghee in a pressure cooker. I heat it well before putting the corn in, and it pops quickly.

A UK event promoter and record label is interested in my work. I met them in person, and she has tremendous networking connections. She'll connect me with some of her business partners.

My mentor, who also happens to be from the UK, has been beneficial in elevating my skills.

After all, we need that little nudge now and then.
