I didn't get to see all Jays WAbinar tonight, so hopefully this wasn't covered!!Just looked at costs involved for Flippa , correct me if I am wrong :Listing fee $29Success fee 5%...minimum pay of $10...so any sale less than $200 will pay the $10.So if you sell a site for $100, you can expect costs to be $39????If that's the case...WOW..WOW..WOW...39% of your money gone already. Add in the cost of domain name purchase : $7 - 10 and it doesn't leave much meat on the bone for seller
