Organizing keywords and titles

I finally found a way to be more organized and productive with keywords and posts for my website.

(I'd show image but apparently mobile isn't fond of them.)

Thus far I've come up with 25 different listings to create for Halloween in a project planner I bought a while back. Some of them aren't very viable due to not having many products to promote in their respective category, but that's ok. They still give me ideas for singular product postings.

Halloween costumes aren't written down anywhere because that's a whole other realm of possibilities meant for another time.

How do you all keep things organized on what to do/what you've done?
