A great help!
One of the things that I have found useful many times over the past two years of working with websites is a program called Join Me.
It is to let two users connect their computers, and be on the phone, so that one person can talk and show and the other can watch and ask questions.
For Instance if I was really stuck and could not get figured out how to do something, I could ask Kyle, Carson, Steve or whom ever I wished to go to Join Me and log in (it is a free program). That way I could watch and our computers would be in a joint meeting so that I could see what he was doing or if I called, he could see what I was doing.
