And getting a little tired from the constant study and the struggle of writing. I think at this point the writing is the hardest for me. I need to develop my creative juices and learn more methods and strategies to write the articles needed.

You can see I did take the plunge and become Premium and very grateful that I did so far.

I like 'Yet', and use it often with myself when I don't know how to do something and get negative. Eg I don't know how to make the header, yet. I always add "yet" and then 'ask where can I find the solution?' I think it keeps me going and allows me to learn at a faster pace.

The other thing Im learning is to get feedback from the community. I struggled over my about me page and it still needs lots of work but feedback from others gives you ideas so you can adjust the result to suit yourself.

Some of the trainings on certain subjects just blow me away with their skill of explaining the hows and whys and helping people like me. It is nothing short of heavenly guidance.

I'm still having fun and intend to have a day off to recoup and come back with more energy.

Cheers

Terry

Terry, this blog of yours has hit me right home. Asking for help has been my biggest downfall. Committing to the task next . Thanks again for the inspiration. Blessings always.

Your getting there, I learned so much from, asking for help in this community. They are great.

Hi Terry,

The best advice I can give you about writing is this:

1) Break any article down into chunks. Try to make a list of 5 or more subtopics for your topic. For example, if your article title was "How to Lose Weight", you could have subtopics such as:
- Introduction (just introduce the general topic)
- Exercise for Weight Loss
- Cutting Out Sugar and Refined Carbs
- Dieting Scams to Be Aware of
- Staying Motivated
- Conclusion

2) For each of these subtopics, you only need to write 1 or 2 paragraphs.

3) To make it easier, imagine a friend has emailed you about the subtopic, and you are simply replying to their email. That's how you should write. Write in a conversational style, as if you are chatting to someone. So imagine that they have asked you the question: "What is the best way to exercise to lose weight?" and then all you need to do is write: "The best way to exercise to lose weight is...."

It's really that simple. just imagine any article you need to write is a bunch of related emails you need to reply to. Write those replies. Then read through, correct any errors, polish it up a bit, and there you have your article.

Most of the people who read it won't be expecting you to be writing like someone with a PhD in English Literature. Most people just want to read normal plain English, written in a friendly conversational style as if you are talking to them personally.

P.S. This reply was really easy for me to write, because it was in response to a question you asked. It is almost 300 words long, and could easily be the foundation for an article about how to write articles.

Good on you squirt85, my sentiments exactly. They gotta be worth squillions. Good on them for creating such an amazing opportunity.
I hope you have an amazing and prosperous year
Cheers
Terry
