Aside from the $47/month, do we anticipate other expenses for advertising
There are lots of ways to advertise, get visitors. Many take time and effort, not money. Like email marketing and social media. If you add in paid advertising like PPC, pay per click, the amount you pay depends on your budget and other factors.
You will have the expense of a domain name, about $10 a year, and an autoresponder, about $19 a month.
That's what comes to mind right now. Others I'm sure will chime in with info about other expenses. But definitely the $47 covers most everything, especially the ongoing cost of hosting.
