I have tried improving my website but not getting progress?

Did you click on the View button at the end of the scale to read about the 8 factors being considered in your site's health? If not, you should do so. It will help you see where you are weakest.
For example, do you publish frequently? Are you getting comments (if you are doing the tasks that Kyle assigns at the end of each lesson, you'll generally do ok with this one)? Are you responding to comments in a timely manner? Work on the areas that have the lower percentages.
I am so exhausted recently that I did not work on my website for a week. I feel burned out actually. Maybe this is too much for me. 10 mins to clear my head and I am heading to quit. Thanks for helping...guys good luck.

I have not finish my blog yet but I couldn't find pending buttion. Can find only the updated button.
If you have already published the blog, then the only button you will see is update. If you have not yet published, there should be a save button.
Hey Terence,
It usually takes 7-14 days to get your site initially indexed in Google (sometimes quicker). That is completely normal.
As you build out your website content and as you get engagement on your website, it will only continue to get indexed quicker. Google will continue to grant you more and more authority as they deem your website to be of value and before long you will see your new content getting indexed almost instantly.
Just part of the process and you are absolutely heading in the right direction. :)
Also, regarding your actual post and putting it back into pending mode (if you have published it), you can change it to "draft" from "published". I don't usually recommend putting a post in draft mode after you have published, rather just update the content and "update" the post.

Congratulations on setting up a new website! This is a placeholder page. It will reside here until you remove it (the file is httpdocs/index.html) or overwrite it with new conte
yeah...but when I click the site, I was prompt to key password. Just yesterday I don't need to do that.
Ignore the ftp:// as your website should be set up in WordPress you don't need ftp. The best way to access your website is through the light blue "Build My Website" link on the left-hand side of any WA page. Next you should be able to automatically log in when you click "Log Me In!".
If you click on "Details" you will see your password. Use this password to log in without going through the WA pages by typing healthsolution.siterubix.com/wp-admin in your browser then entering "admin" as the Username and your password in the Password box. It's easier to use "Build My Website".
Once you log in you can change the page you mentioned so it shows whatever you want.
This is new for WA hosting so I haven't used it to set up a website yet.
