For newbies, from newbie: About Approving Website Post Comment
Dear folks,
I just want to share with the newbies about approving the website comment. It occured to me when I just started getting website post to be reviewed/commented. Maybe I am not a good student and could have missed out any important points. Ha.
I did not know that I need to approve the comment after our fellow WA's folk has reviewed on my website. Take note that it is not required to approve anything if it is within the WA chat group.
It happened only after I realised how come there was no response at all? Until two days later, 'somehow' I did not know how I managed to get to the website dashboard and noticed there were 'red digits' pending my approval. Omg. Ha.
Here are the screenshots on how to do it.
Getting to the Website Comment Approval page:
Click on the 'Website" and click on the 'Log in" button.
Check out for 'Pending Comment' and Approval/Disapproval/Reply:
Remember to,
(1) Check out if there is any outstanding item(s) pending your approval. It will be very obvious with those 'red numbers' on the "Comment"
(2) Approve or Disapprove, Reply... accordingly

Another way to know that there is a comment pending your action is by your email.
Wordpress is sending an email message everytime a comment in your posts/pages is made. Links to approve it, trash it or spam it are provided. Just click which link you want & presto! Its done! You can also reply from the same window. 😁

Terand I have set up a email that is only for word press and it is a lot easier because I check in all the time to see if there are any comments pending. This way if I get busy and haven't been to my website I will pick it up and I can approve and reply right from my email. But if I have this mixed up with all the WA mail it would get lost in the shuffle.

Within the wordpress dashboard, if a comment is spam, instead of trashing it, you can edit it to be acceptable instead. That makes it kinda cool that someone found you to spam you because it's a free extra comment.
