Nearly 15 years ago, I used to have a blonde lab.. she was a great hunting dog. She was my first home dog that I got to react with. She was born in Emporia, KS as my brother took her from some abusive partying college cats. Since my brother graduated college, he went on to be a LPGA caddy, so he dropped Casey off at the folx house where I stayed. She had a unique personality, to tell you the least!.
I must of chased that poo EVERYWHERE. she would hear , I sware, EVERYTHING at night. Id look down 1 sec..POOF!!!.. off to chase what she would see.
Loved to swim and chase whatever she seen..Very active indeed.. Rides..UGH..u start the car..POOF she blocked the door to go! She lived to be 16 and love birds, rabbits, snakes, geese, ducks, and tried to even catch deer.
In the summer of 2012 I inherited this unbelievable awesome New Foundland-Chow from the neighbor across the street, She moved and asked if i could take her puppy temporarily. He had been neglected bigtime where she was now staying. (tied to a tree) yup them type of people!! So I said heck yah! He was shaved(abusively)in spots too, someone did a number on this guy and he is the most precious fellah, maybe 10-11yrs(then), not really sure. Never trained, never sent to obedience. Who could of done this thing!
Since I live in yards most of the season, I take him with, he is RIGHT by my side, He follows my EVERY move, If i were on a mower he would follow every single line I cut to be next to me. When I take him shopping, EVERYONE knows his name and he gets all the fly chikkyz, n daddy gets nun :(~
We show off to those people who have leashes while training their buddy>(we dont do leashes coz he dont leave my side EVER). He knows how to heel without commands and NEVER BARKS or squeels. He even amazes many K-9 officers, AND even dog trainers.
Labs are the funnest dogs, but this guy here is the most perfect canine, maybe even half homosapien!!..its truly a blessing having to be a dog daddy for the Flee Bag
