So I stumbled across a program that offers both affiliate and MLM commissions

you can find out more about it here :

Think BIG Tej dream big you got it age aint nothing but a number an getting rich before 25 is like slicing a cake an eating it only if you want it time, dedication, heart, and hard work pays off just stay focused an not disattracted by other ppl being your age you sound level headed keep up the good work. an multi level marketing (mlm) is almost the same as affiliated marketing you are creating recognition an trying to build alot off followers/customers just dont try to hard with ppl always be yourself first impression is a must even if your online stay positive thank you Jonathan Washington

Thank you Jonathan :)

thank you as well Tej

I was a member of Empower Network, a MLM program selling their upgrades. I was unsuccessful, however if you are a strong salesperson and you can invest some money, and you can talk people into joining, etc. you can make money. The catch is "Do they have a legitimate product?" Here are just a few MLM companies, Herbalife, Avon, Mary Kay, Watkins, Scentsy, Nu Skin and Amway. They all have products. Just my feelings. Vel

Thanks for sharing :)

Uhm, EN is not legitimate. Any company that talks about 100% commissions cannot be legitimate. The numbers don't work.

It's also not about being a strong salesperson and talking people into joining. It is, like any other business, including WA, a matter of learning skills. If you don't know what you don't know, or if you don't learn what you need to know to be successful, then you likely won't be successful, unless you have blind luck. I'd rather rely on skills than luck any day.

If you can learn the skills of knowing whether someone wants a presentation or not then that if a big part of it. Then you know how to present (and it's not a strong arm thing, either, if you do it well) and then they make their minds up. Professional salesmen often have to relearn what they have used in the past, since traditional sales has a lot of strong arm tactics.

As a very successful person I know says, "it is not our job to sell them on the product or the business. It is our job to present to them and then collect a decision." If they don't want it, no problem. You part as friends and never bring it up again.

I've posted a blog on this and it may well be the first of a few. You can check it out if you like. :-)

What Kyle and Carson teach us here is to stay away from MLM type businesses because the way they make money is unethical and it is not recommended to mix normal affiliate program with MLM. If you do it you can hardly gain trust and credibility with your audience

Oh interesting, thank you for the comment and information :)

Rufat why cant you gain trust an credibility with your audience its the same thing mlm an am multi level is stating an meaning more than one affiliated is saying more than one but strongly affiliated to the ppl that are with a.m. sometimes its best to mix in a little extra more to get where your going in life an you have to sacrifice somethings an step outside the box sometimes to get where your going an i strongly understand that you have experienced it or know someone that have but everyone can walk down the same paths in life but different what im saying is the bumps that derailed you or others in life is a strong possibitily that others can get a clear view an walk around those speed bumps if you didnt go threw mlm and a.m. id think we would be here talking thank you so much for living an learning or to whom you where affiliated with that has been there jonathan washington

Arriving here at WA has been like waking up to a sun-shinning day.
I have tried so many MLM programs, and other short-cut methods to internet riches, that I nearly gave up. It's refreshing what Kyle and Carson have built. I feel good about the information that is available to everyone. It's hard to download the info into my head, ha, ha.

Is there anything wrong with MLM and affiliate marketing joint in one program?

Thanks, by all words in caps do you mean the whole word or the starting letters of each word?
