Help with background images ?

I feel like my site would look much much better if I was able to replace the purple background color with an image of some sorts. Anybody have any tips on how to do this or mostly some help finding some good ideas for background images? Here's my site http://affiliatetoday.org/

I just looked and you're right, the purple is a bit aggressive. :)
Anyway, here's a great website where you can download background images for websites for free.

Ignore the plugin as you don't need it. When you found an image you like, click on download and use the left option. It's free and the download will be available in a few seconds. As I said, ignore the plugin. You don't need it.
The downloads are as a zip file (archive file/rar file) and you'll have to unzip it to access the files. This file contains two folders. One called _MACOSX and one called like the image. Ignore the _MACOSX folder and open the other one. Use the .png file. Extract this one.
After that's done, log into WordPress and go to
Appearance ==> Background. Select the .png file you've extracted from the zip file, upload it and click "Save Changes".
Your new background image is live.
