Trumpet Blowing: I achieved one of my lifetime goals!
Hi Everyone,
Sorry to blow my own trumpet but I have just achieved one of my lifetime ambitions. I have written a book for those who want to start Meditation. I am not sure if I am allowed to post the link here but I am so excited I could burst ...
It was on my bucket list to publish a book so this is really huge for me. If anyone has any advice on what I do now, then please let me know.
If you are interested in the benefits of Meditation, I can highly recommend it. I have found that it has changed so many aspects of my life. This is why I was motivated to write a book that I thought might help other people.

We lived in Tannadice for a few years. My husband taught at Webster's High School in Kirrie and I was at Maisondieu Primary School in Brechin (small world). We've now lived in Crail, Fife, for many years. I would love to meet a real WA blogger sometime. WA Support are my saviours. If the website doesn't return soon, I will lay the problem at their feet. I know how some children feel when they haven't a clue how to do something and everyone around them seems to get it.
I taught at Webster's too ... Drama ... after Gillian Hyslop and Stewart Cassidy.
