How to be successful minded in 2 STEPS!
Here are two steps to helping achieve a successful mind
Step 1: Don't dwell on the problem, think of the solution.
All too many times do we dwell and sulk in the situation. We sit there and cry about it. Complain that it'll never get better. Ask ourselves,"Why does this ALWAYS happen to me!" In reality, it doesn't! We are so fixated within that moment that it is a reoccurring thing, that we don't really realize that we already have the solution. What is the solution? Well, the same thing we found out the last time we had the problem! Instead of sulking in the issue itself, remember what you did to solve the problem the last time. This will bring you to a quicker endpoint to your pain!
Step 2: Ask for help! But, ask the right questions!
We are now in a digital age where we can literally find an answer at the touch of a screen. There are billions of people in the world and most likely, someone out there has gone through your situation and found a solution. If you can't figure out whats going on, don't wait for it to pass, find a solution. Now, the only thing we have to do when we search for help is to make sure we are asking the right questions. Instead of "Is pain in my toes normal", ask "How to get rid of the pain in my toes". One answer stream may take you to 100,000 answers of "No it is not normal, you may have 'enter problem or disease here'." While the second question may prompt answers like "To get rid of pain in your toes, try this ______." Pretty simple right? Just like the questions in our heads help us create physiological realities, so do the questions we ask verbally and digitally! So ask correctly!
