Missed the Webinar and had some fun

I usually enroll in every webinar that Jay N creates for us. They are very informative and you should too. When I first started watching them it would sometimes be half over before I realized it was on. That problem was solved by setting the alarm on my cell phone for every Friday night.
Last night the alarm went off in the middle of a funeral home. The sound was supposed to be on vibrate but the alarm still went off. Just maybe.... that is the reason many facilities want you to turn them ALL the way off. Right away my daughter-in-law wanted to know if it was time for my blood pressure medicine. Did I bring it with me, she asked. She is a little paranoid because of a recent episode. I quietly explained to her what the alarm was and I would take my med when we got home.
We paid respects to my neighbor who had lost her sister and her family. Then, it was girls night out. We went to a coffee shop and met with that neighbor's daughter-in-law who is recently separated from her husband. She needed a little support herself.
To make a long story short, we talked, laughted, cried and just enjoyed being with each other. I missed my webinar but hey, they are recorded and I got to listen to it this morning. They are not always convenient to watch live. Life happens. But it is so good to know that when we can get a little time we can watch, pause, take notes and continue our education. Thanks WA and Jay for doing these and keeping them where we can go back and review.
