Getting Back On The Wagon
Hello WA friends!
It's been a while since I have logged into my WA account and worked on my website, but I am finally back!
I tend to fall off the wagon around the holidays every year, and it takes me a while to get back into the swing of things. I like to take a small break around this time as my schedule is hectic and I need to spend more time with my family.
It doesn't help that things have been crazy at work the past 6 months as we were short staffed and had an increase in volume during that time as well. I had to work lots of overtime and take on some new responsibilities to help even out the work load on everyone and try to catch up on work as well.
I'm glad that I had the oppurtunity to learn some new stuff at work and to also help out when needed. The extra money from working overtime didn't hurt either. I even recieved a raise for all the extra work I've been doing, so I really can't complain.
Now things are finally starting to die down and we have hired a couple new people to ease the work load. Things are pretty much back to normal now, so I will have some more time to work on my website again.
The past few months have taught me that sometimes life can get in the way, and other things may require more of your time then they normally do. The best thing to do is just ride the wave, do the best you can to get though the difficult times and then get back on it when you are ready. Never try to take on more than you can handle or spread yourself too thin, as it may affect the quality of what you are doing and wear you out. Take time to rest and recharge and then get right back on the wagon to continue the journey.

Glad you made it back and good luck.
Thanks so much Chris! I can't wait to get back into the swing of things.
