What's wrong? Why can't I move forward? Why is nothing accomplished in my to do list? Why are my goals unattained?
I AM WHAT'S WRONG! I am the chief of procrastinators. And I knew this all along. I've had this problem since I was a kid. But why? I thought I have changed? I thought I have matured? I thought I have overcome it? I have been successful in my previous jobs, became a manager and was even considered a good leader, received awards and was sent to other countries for it. Is it because I was working for and reporting to somebody? And now that I have nobody to report to, I can just put off tasks for the next day, week, month or even forget all about them? Shouldn't I do the opposite? Now that I am working for myself, shouldn't I be more attentive and determined to get things done to reach my goals? If I had worked hard and made my employers rich, shouldn't I be working harder to get myself the financial freedom that I have been dreaming about? It's easier said than done.
Am I the only one in this situation?
