Goals define milestones to success
On the day we attended our first balloon festival, high winds grounded all pilots! However, instead of packing up and leaving, everyone proceeded to unload their rigs in very tight formation and filled them in a teamwork effort until they were upright. Then to the delight of all gathered the pilots turned the falling darkness into a spectacular light show on the ground! Not a single crew flew but the collective power of all those teams working together produced a massive display of light and color that transformed a cow pasture into a massive work of art. Sometimes greatness is not measured by altitude; true greatness rises to meet challenges to our plans and overwhelms obstacles with attitude of great latitude!
