Visions of Everest

A new day and I pop on my blinkers and refocus.I have made a pact with myself in my life these days to be as authentic as I possibly can in all I say and do, to not allow anxiety over how others may perceive me stop me from living from my creative core, and living a fully expressed creative life is frankly often at odds with societies conformity driven focus, I can appear quirky, artists and dedicated creatives often do. But hey what are ya gonna do! That's ok, I learnt through my hard times that I may be quirky sometimes but I have a lot to give and a lot to say and I deserve my space in this world and I will stand up and live my life to the fullest. Yay me! lol.

Anyway, so I was so enthusiastic yesterday and felt like I was powering up that Internet Marketing mountain, the misty peak clearly in view. I was getting peaks of great height in my stats as my Facebook boosted post was inspiring people to click through to my link. In a frenzy of enthusiasm I jumped across to Aweber and sent a Broadcast out to my 700+ subscribers (obtained from previous less than successful IM campaigns) who have been sitting idly in my Aweber account for months. Wow they are all going to see the exciting opportunity here for sure!.

As i slept (here in Australia we sleep while the rest of the world gets busy lol) I envisaged my stats to be soaring high, like a vision of Everest before me. Alas, not so!. From 700+ subs I have had I think 12 idle clicks so far. Kinda deflated my spirits temporarily. But hey from small acorns large forests grow (sorry I am an artist I see most things in these flowery terms) and one never knows what is around the corner from one's efforts and that brings me back to the blinkers.

I need to keep them on and remember that following the Affiliate Bootcamp course diligently is my road map to success. Anything I play around with aside from that is good fun and learning too but it's the roadmap that will get me there. So blinkers firmly in place I refocus and remind myself, this journey is no longer one I venture on alone, I have plenty of back up here and my success is guaranteed as long as I keep the focus!.
