I haven’t used that in awhile, but I can assure you it works. I’ve cashed out a ton of credits during my time here. That being said, I don’t know the full details of your situation, but I can see here that while you have 400+ cash credits, you only have 16 available to be cashed out. Why that is, i don’t really know. All you have to do to get an answer though is PM Kyle or Carson. They explain it to you thoroughly.
Here’s a snapshot of mine. As you can see my slider goes past the minimum 20 so I’d be able to cash them all out. PM Kyle or Carson and they’ll get you situated.
Glad to hear it! Site Support is really for issues with your websites, but Kyle and Carson are great at explaining questions like this. They’ve always helped me out.
From the screenshot above on the right, you only have accumulated 16 cash credits so you do not have enough to cash out if the minimum is 20.
The screenshot on the left shows you are attempting to purchase 500 cash credits for $250.00.
I'm confused on what the issue is here.
Oh I could not see that from any of the screenshots up top. If there is an issue though I'm sure Kyle will get it fixed up for you. In my experience he gets things straightened out pretty quickly.
I have 466 cash credits I would like to exchange credits for cash
Look at the bottom slider it maxes out at 16
then when you click on Exchange for $
It says "to cash out, select a minimum of 20 credits"
That is impossible is the slider only goes to 16

Hi - how did you earn those cash credits? Or did you buy them and now want to convert them back to cash? To me, it looks as though only 16 have been earned and that is why you can't cash them out. If you have previously bought them, you can't change them back again.

Hi - the purpose of buying credits is to use them to get comments or feedback on your site, or to buy domains. I am not sure why you bought so many if you didn't intend to use them.
You can't cash them out. That option is not allowed in case of fraudulent activity such as money laundering etc.
